Yorkie Kisses are the Best! Donating Member | PLEASE READ and Jump in !! I wanted to do a thread dedicated to our AWESOME Moderators especially SimonandHallie - I'd love to see her get a few shout-outs from everyone and this is a good time for any newbies to say hi too - YT is a BIG Site and has people working hard to keep it the way it is. We have other mods... but she is the one who spends much of her time working in the background and doesn't get enough credit for what she does for this site.... Some people want more moderating but to tell you the truth - Overdoing can backfire - people want to have freedom to express themselves.....Besides....There is little ALERT Buttons that we can use if we see something questionable and it's a big help to the site if everyone pitches in when they think something needs a mod. I for one ...think she is doing a GREAT JOB. She's been here a long time keeping this site running smooth - she never complains and she is always on the J.O.B. .... I've pm'd her myself a few times and she's always acted promptly - is ALWAYS kind & does her best to help out when needed or step in to work her magic. You don't know you're actually BEING moderated on a daily basis cause she is that good at it. Besides - she THE CUTEST 2 little yorkies you could ever want to see... So Kimberly...from me to you - I think you do a wonderful job here ...I've said it to you before but wanted to say it again - You should get some pats on the back once in a while - you deserve it girl !

Lovin' 2 Girls Donating Member | Thanks, Kimberly, for your time and effort here. I've moderated a few lists, and one board and can appreciate what it takes to keep things running smoothly - especially among 'friends'! LOL

| I, for one, can appreciate more moderators. But as I said in the thread that I began...nobody said she wasn't doing her job. She can't be here 24/7...and if she was, who'd be playing with her Yorkies? But some people do need a little help from time to time! I'm a moderator on a few non-Yorkie sites, and what I don't get, others do. And I can appreciate that! Anyone who moderates a big site like this does deserve kudos. Adding more moderators wouldn't take away from SimonandHallie, just give more help where it's deserved. Everyone needs a break from time to time. I also understand about the alert button. I've used it a time or two. But that still only puts more work on admin. But, that's my opinion, and people are out to disagree, as usual. But start another thread? I'm shocked..guess it hit a nerve. But back to the thread at hand...she does deserve thanks for putting up with all of us on here, that's for sure!!!!
