Jazzie had severe allergies and her dematologist want us to start her on injections. Then I found the most wonderful food! Natural Balance Potato & Duck formula. Many people with allergic dogs have had success with this food. I buy the smallest bag possible and keep it in the fridge in a tupperware type cereal container. I figure fresher is better. The food is sold at PetCo but is not carried at Petsmart. I think if you go to the Natural Balance web site you can get free samples. Good luck I hope it helps your kiddo!

| i was checking out the petco website earlier today and they don't seem to have the duck and potatoe but they do have the venison and brown rice. Natural Balance says both are made for allergy prone dogs (yeah!) but i wonder if one works better than the other?? Thank you for you input dan & corinne!! I'm going to go buy some this week!

I have 2 neighbors that started the Duck/Potato after I told them about Jazzie's improvement and they love it too. Really helped their dogs (one s**tzu and one Brussels) So it's worth a try. Here's the link to NB website. They have a link for where you can buy them. http://www.naturalbalanceinc.com/dogformulas/PandD.html

| The canidae-chicken and rice formula is good for allergy prone little ones. Also could be having allergic reactions to something in the missing link.

| Timberwolf Organics is very good for allergy prone skin. I use Canidae All Life Stages...it is organic and also extremely good for allergy-prone skin. My 2 love the taste. |
