| Trouble sleeping!!! When I first got Livee we were in the process of remodeling our bedroom....so we had our beadroom in our family room. She slept in bed with us through the night. Now that we are done the b/r she wakes at 4am and wont leave my husband alone. She jumps on him, cries, barks, scratches, etc..... If I take her into the livingroom (I know big mistake) she goes right back to sleep. Any ideas?? She has never slept in her crate for bedtime....just doing the day when we are at work. I am the main caregiver but she LOVES my husband. Can I also add that she wont go to the bathroom for him either, she waits for me to come home from work.....YES sometimes it's 8 hr or more. And NO accidents!!!

Donating YT 30K Club Member | Maybe you could try wearing her out just before bed time and see if she will sleep longer in the bedroom. Try ignoring her at 4. What I did with my pom when she would wake up early I would say "few more minutes and she learned to go back to sleep. It usually gives me anither 30 45 minutes. She also won't go out for anyone but me if I'm home. Good luck.

| Trouble sleeping Thanks for the reply . Believe me we play from the time I come home from work. I've had 1 to many people tell me it's because I work all day. Well I'm not the only one that works all day and have a dog!! I have tried what you suggested, we try ignoring her but she is relentless. I'll just have to keep trying. Thanks again.
