| when you are sick? How do your pupster’s act when you are not feeling well? I woke up this morning with a terrible migraine. I tried to get ready for work and finally had to lay back down. Bentley (my maltese) acted upset and followed me and laid down gently by my side. He tends to be the more serious personality of the 2. Mia is always such a sweetheart and loves her morning game of catch me if you can. Well this morning she didn't insist on my having to chase her but she wasn't quit ready to give up playing so she hops up beside me and brings her toy to toss around while I tried to recoup, Both were very sweet and just gave me so much comfort.

| They all go into the crate and stay really really quiet. I kind of wish one of them will hang out with me on my bed but no such luck. |

| Yea, Simon lacks the ability to know when I'm not feeling well. Whenever I lay on the couch he crawls all over my face and throws his ball at me I love the little monster but I wish he would just lay contently with me. He has way too much energy and an addiction to his soccer ball that overrides anyone feeling ill!!! Hallie is good about being a snuggly bear when I'm sick so I appreciate that |

| Im sorry luvmypupster that you are not feeling all that great. I've gone through a flu and a surgery and Schatzie laid by my side both times. This friday will be another surgery and I look forward to her being there with me...

| Luvmypupster I hope your feeling better. I know what it's like to have one of those and especially can't understand how you can go to bed feeling fine and wake up with your head just pounding! Anyway, dogs are such a great comfort at times like those, aren't they?

| I hope you are feeling a little better now! When I had my surgery, Sandy was such an angel. She sat on my feet on the recliner and seemed to instinctively KNOW she couldn't be on my stomach. Tia was an absolute doll a couple of weeks ago when my son was very ill. She camped out on my bed with him and didn't want to leave his side at ALL! She is usually with me all day long but for about four days, she wanted nothing to do with me.

| Oh, I feel soooo much better! Thank goodness I was able to get it under control. I just found it intresting that Bentley really seemed to understand. Mia was sweet..not quite as understanding as bentley but she was still on her best behaviour.

| Luv, I am totally sure that Yorkies are aware of our moods and feelings. Migraines suck. I try to lie down in the family room where the babies can be with me and on me. They chew moulding and get into all kinds of mischief when they know I am not well. When I am gorked with med for back pain they have fits. I love them for that..Many days by body says "Stay put!" when I wake up and have to roll out of bed. But, I hear barkies down stairs and that means "Get up' MOM!" We are waiting to see you. |

YT Addict | I hope you are feeling better! I totally now the feeling of migraines. Alex is such a doll. I get migraines plus I have fibromyalgia. He won't let me out of his sight. I have been real sick with pnemonia and he has been attached to my hip. He wants to cuddle and be held. Plus, he gives my way more kisses when I am not feeling well...He definately seems to know and then it's like he takes care of me...Plus, my parents dogs will lay at on the floor at the end of my bed or the couch....or they will repeatedly come and check on me.... |
