| Does your babygirl... lift her leg while peeing? Mia does this, and we think it's hillarious. Sometimes she walks a couple of steps while peeing, and more often than not she lifts her right leg slightly off the ground if she chose not to walk. I just think it's adorable, but I hope it's not a sign of some discomfort. So, does anyone else's girl do this? Is it normal?

| Oh, yeah. I've got a leg lifter. Total tomboy. But it's Sadie's left leg. And when she poops, she tries to lift it, but can't balance. But the other day it had rained & the ground was really wet & she actually managed to get it up then too. It was so funny.

| No, but we know of a yorkie girl who balances on her front feet (lifts both back feet off the ground) when she pees...that's quite a sight!

| Trixie squats but some times holds one leg up while doing it. I think she's just trying to not get the pee on her leg...

| Roxy squats with one leg lifted, too. She also does it when she is pooping and manages to walk about 10 yards on 3 legs at the same time. It's a challenge finding and collecting all the droppings she leaves. My parents had a male Samoyed who squated and llifted a leg when he peed, too. This is the first dog I've ever had that did that. |

| Gracie has always lifted a leg. It cracks me up because Spike (a boy) doesn't lift at all!
