| Staying optimistic: actually , I am trying to think of a name for my new yorkie that my hubby says we NOT gonna get. But hmmm never say never. I am staying optimistic at least. I havent mentioned it since Saturday when I reminded him of all the horses he had at on time, giving him time to think on it and feel guilty.

| You could do what I do..... Whine and complain about it for a while and if he continues to say no get it anyway! LOL That's pretty much how I ended up with BOTH of mine. Hubby isn't much of a dog person, but he didn't have too much to say when I brought 'em home! But then again... He can be a pushover when it comes to stuff I want and I'm 100% responsible for their care and any costs involved with it.... What do you think your husband would do if he came home one day and there's all of a sudden another pup??! |

| I know someone who just walked into the house with hers and surprised everyone! Biscuit. For some reason, I'm hung up on the name Biscuit lately. However, if someone had a big dog, too, then that probably wouldn't be the best name to use.lol

That is probably what I will end up doing one day. He knows me well enough to know I will too. I've done it with other things also, once its done he might say, "now, why did you do that"and I say because I wanted to. and that ends that. But I give him fair warning months in advance by asking for it. He is NOT a dog lover either and he hates them pottying inside, but when I get one he is a push over and even takes it out in the mornings when he is off and lets me sleep. Then with Kizzy he will bring her back to the bedroom later and lets her jump up on the bed and wake me while he stands and laughs at her licking my face and neck and jumping all over me. He is a big guy and is so manly up front but inside he is a big teddy bear or a woose. lol Except with that one dog I gave to a little girl, he hated that dog and I didnt care for it either, it was just soooooooooooo hyper. So we both agreed to give it away and he was the one who found the taker for it, not me. So we lost money there and I even gave her the leashes, the carrier, the dog food, and collar and toys, everything the dog ever had. Then he said no more dogs in the house. So when I got Kizzy I had to buy everything over again, But now, I have extra beds, carriers, plenty of toys, plenty of food, and extra harnesses and leashes. So all i'd have to do with a new one is the shot stuff and have it spayed. As I want another girl. I've tried to explain that to him too, but he says we dont need another puppy now that Kizzy is almost totally house trained. But I will bet with anyone, I will get another, one way or the other. With or without his blessing so to speak. lol

| You guys are soo lucky to have hubbies I gotta convince my mom nanna and grandpa that I can get one and I have to work to buy her but it's not hard because when I start to think about quitting I just remind myself that it's for my very own puppy kisses from my very own little girl! My grandpa hated dogs and then my aunt got a bichon and he thought it was his and said "alright but I aint' cleanin up after it" and we decided that he wanted a dog and he LOVES him and now that molly's here he is sooo soft! It's kinda cute! |

| You sound like me!! I am thinking of getting another one too, but husband says we are not thinking about it, LOL. But then he will toss off "Cooper needs someone to play with" when he gets really rambuctious. My husband didn't want a dog either, but we are both so crazy about our little guy and I know he would love the next one just as much. I have picked out names too (Jilly for girl or Finn for boy), but I go back and forth over whether to get another myself. I have been looking and if it is meant to be, it will happen. That is how I got Cooper, I was looking, but not in the most serious way, and I saw his picture and knew that was my baby. He is without a doubt, one of the best things I have ever done. I have had a few dogs before in my lifetime, but Cooper is truly a special blessing for me and he brings me joy each and every day!! So who knows, lightning may strike twice and I might have another joy someday!!

| My husband prefers bigger dogs, so he wasn't crazy about the idea of me getting a little yorkie. But, I kept printing pictures of them and showing him, and he finally warmed up to the idea. Now he's fine with it, I just have to get one! lol |

| I am trying to choose a name for my new little girl i'm GONNA GET. lol. Since I got a Kizzy, I was mulling over something that would go good with her name. Here is a few I was thinking about. Kazzy, kala, Karmen (which is what I started to name Kizzy) but didnt seem to fit. Keely, Karla, Kacee, Keisha ( but not too fond of that) But I wanted them both to start with a K. So anybody else got an idea even tho I know I will have to be around it a bit and see what does fit her. Does anyone like any of these I named and if so which one you like the best to go with the name kizzy. I mean that sound like sisters maybe. lol
