| Acting down... Georgie had a very busy day yesterday. Our neighbors had a huge cookout and I went over there for a little while by myself which I am sure he didn't like that and then I brought him with me and a friend brought their silky terrier to play with him. Anyways today he is acting very sluggish and isn't eating at all. He threw up some yellow bile this morning which he has done a couple of times before earlier this year and the vet recommended a very very small dose of pepcid-ac. He is usually very active and plays with his big Boxer sister Coco, but he isn't doing any of that today. He is drinking water but my question is could he be beat from yesterday and all the excitement? If he is still acting down I will take him to the vet tomorrow, since it will make me feel better to know even if there is nothing wrong. What do you guys think? Thanks for any advice

He has been eating fine up until today. I read that same thing about their stomach being empty. I normally feed him boiled chicken, his kibble and add a smig of plain yogurt, well I ran out of yogurt and he wouldn't eat so I got some more and he still isn't eating much. Thank you I hope he is just tired from a busy day yesterday. I am such a worry wart.

| My little 2.5 year old hates the nutrical. My 13 week old loves the stuff. Try the boiled bonelesss chicken breast with rice. My older one gets like that when ever my in laws are over and I think it is because of all the excitment. She has 2 toy poodles. Last month I had a bout where she wouldn't eat or drink. I had to give her pedialyte with an eye dropper and give her the chicken/ rice to perk her up. Its probably all the running around. Mine acted down the day after as well. Good Luck!!! |
