| Celltei Carrier-Need Help Deciding Not sure if this is the right board to post this but I'm having problems deciding on if I should get this carrier or not. I'm looking at the Basic Pet-on-the-Go Carrier. I know a lot of people have posted that they LOVE the Celltei brand but I guess it's very hard for me to decide how it will look on me and if I'll like it or not. I would probably get a small and I don't want it to look very bulky on me. Can you carry this bag to the side or back...or is mostly a front carrier? If it will look more like a "college student book bag look" (if that makes sense) I won't mind it. Let me know your views and if you have one, please share photos. I'm looking at the sand color one but just want to get an idea of how it will look. Sorry for rambling

| I don't have one, but I also would like to see pictures of people with them to see what they look like in person!

| which ones I like I wanted a bag that was small enough to "sneak" him in if I had to but didn't look bulky. It is really hard to find that considering I am only 5"1" My pup is bigger then I thought he was going to be. 5.5 maybe 6. Celltei said I could get away with the Petite pak o pet when I thought he was 5lbs. it is a GREAT bag and perfect for sneaking. The problem with the size small for sneaking is that it gets too wide. If it was longer instead of wide, it would look better for daily errands...I think. So anyways, I do use the petite for short excursions and if I have to sneak, he has to laydown in it and I would not feel comfortable making him lay down for more then 5 minutes because I think (even though he can turn around) that it is too squished. Sometimes I use a soft carrier for daily errands for hiding. It looks like a big bag so there is no width problem but because he is still young, I can't let him pop his head out if I have something else in my hands because he will jump out and enclosed...if he sees people...the bag moves and gives us away. Not that we go in many places that would kick us out, but I try to stay discreet nontheless. I recently purchased the back pac o pet because I wanted a bigger one that he could stay closed up longer if Ihad to (like at work or on a plane). Something that he would be supervised in (not left like in a kennel) but the size of a kennel so that he could stand up, turn around, chew on his chewy, etc. I got the medium....way too big...it was huge. I should have kept it though because I just decided to get anotyher puppy. Ha! I exchanged for the small. I would feel comfortable leaving him in this if I were on a plane. It is small but big enough to move around. Beautiful bag. However, there is no way it would look good sneakingf him on daily errands. Too wide. I wish they would increase the length and not the width. You would never know there is a dog in the bag but if I walked in the store...it looks so bulky I think the bulk would get attention. It is perfect for trips, and if I take him to work because I carry big bags anyways...no one would notice. suzie |

| Hi, I've sold that Carrier Brand for about 5 years, and I must say, never a problem with anyone not being happy. It is a bag constructed to last someone almost a life time. I actually believed in the bag so much I bought a lot of the Black Petite Bags when they were discontinued (the ones you can use as a Back-Pack or Front Carrier).

Phantom Queen Morrigan Donating Member | i just got the camo pet on teh go bag. i wanted to get it cause it looked like a messenger bag but in all the pictures people where wearing them to the front. Well it came in the mail and the first thing i did was put it on and see if i can wear it to the back. it depends on which shoulder you carry it on. if you put it over your head and on one shoulder the swing it around the bag will be crooked but if you put it on the other way, over the head and on the other shoulder, it will work like a messenger back. I like it. i got the small one and its not too too bulky. |
