| I wonder why all the injections??? We have always received only one injection at the 2nd visit. Not until he has his last puppy shot and the rabies did she need two - even then I told the vet I wanted to bring him back for the rabies in a week. Since I never board I don't get the kennel cough in the nose. |

| Poor little guy. That's a lot for 1 day. Mine usually sleep after shots. I would watch out for any kind of reaction (Vomiting, diareha (sp) shaking. Mac had a reaction the next morning when he had his rabis and parvo vaccines at the same time. He was shaking and very lethargic. I brought him to the vet and they gave him a shot of cortizone and he was fine. Just keep on eye on your baby tonight.

| I know two vets and they will not give all the shots at once. I have to take my little ones back a week after a booster for the kennel cough shot. I know a girl who had a very bad expierence with a small dog getting all their shots at once.

| Sorry! Didn't mean to scare you. I'm sure he will be fine. Sleepy is normal after any sort of shots.

| I'll bet he's just fine too. My pup, when he needed several shots, always got them at the same time. And, we never had any problems. Your little guy is just a baby -- even going out and especially to the vet probably was a "big day" for him. And, now that you're home, he's probably just "more tired than he is hungry." Little guys, your pup's age, sleep a lot anyway. Good luck! Carol Jean |
