| If you have 2 Yorkies, Do you recommend 2 girls or 1 boy & 1 girl? Hi, As you know I have one female Yorkie. My cousin, whom I live with, wants to get a Yorkie too!!! Yippee!!! Anyway, I was thinking that he should get a female, but I don't know. We're afraid the male will spray all over our new house. Can you get a male not to spray? So, should Baby have a sister or a boyfriend? Any info you could give will be great. If you have two girls how is it? If you have a boy and a girl, how's that? PS. If we got a male, Baby would be spayed anyway (going in March), so the pregnancy issue wouldn't be a problem.

| I have one of each and like it. My male doesnt mark. I favor my girl though she is more the cuddler and lover. The next one I get is going to be a girl

| Well in my experience I would say get a boy..... not only is it cute to see them together but it is also less fighting... two girls is always harder to control. IMO |

Yorkie Lover Donating Member | I have two girls and love it...we can dress them up to be twins but yet they each have their own personality!!! We don't have to worry about the marking of boys and just get to be all girly with them...I would defintely recommend two girls!!!

| No because I have heard most people on here that have males and females say thier male was more the cuddler. Its not that way for me at all. The only time Chachi wants to cuddle is when he is sick. Jewels could stay in your lap all day. Chachi more favors my Husband and will get in his lap sometimes

| I have one of each as well and Sugar Bear is more of the cuddler, Taz would rather just be at my feet. IMHO I think it has alot to do with how often they are handled by the breeder. I love them both and wouldn't trade them for the world

| I agree with Lil Mis Magic, HURRAY for 2 girls !! We have 2 girls, they are biological sisters , 2 yrs apart, and they are the greatest together, no problems. no marking, and we love dressing them like twins. Good luck in your decision ! |

| I have 2 boys & a girl. They are all 3 great & love them to death. All 3 are equal in being cuddly. It is a hard decision.
