| If it's only a couple days, give her some time to adjust, at her own pace. Try speaking gently to her and approaching her slowly. Some puppies get frightened by quick movements. Make sure you feed her the same kibble from your breeder for the next couple months to prevent upset stomach. They usually bond with you a bit if you hand feed them. Scottie was super scared when he first came home. It took him some time to adjust. So don't worry, you're not alone.

| Is this a rescue or a little pup? You can try sitting on the floor with treats they like and try to get them to come to you. It might just take time.

| Maybe she senses the only reason she is there is for breeding purpose only. Sept. 2014 you were looking for a female to breed, Aug. 2015 you had an "uninterested" male, your male was very young and first time around your female that came into season. Now another female. I would be afraid also to be with someone that sounds like a BYB.......... JMO

| Wow, Matese; I've said it before and I'll say it again (and again...), you are amazing, truly amazing. Your attention to detail, unfailing memory and your confident, strong voice--just wonderful. You're one of my heroes, you are...! |
