Yorkie Yakker | Splenectomy Surgery a Success ! Just to let you all know that our brave little girl is doing just fine after going through with a "double" surgery for her elongated soft palate and a splenectomy done earlier in the year, She is now able to breath much easier and maintain normal body temperature in the warmer weather, I wish I had this done earlier but the Vets were not sure she needed this operation, if you find that your Vet has difficulties inserting the trachea tube during anesthesia then you know there is something wrong in this area. Have X rays and Ultra Sound tests done ...its well worth the money and will save your little one from unnecessary meds and vet bills; as for her spleen we had no idea there was a tumor growth thank God for the X rays and Ultra Sound test to confirm the problem area. She now eats well and is more energetic !!! |

| Great news. I'm so happy for you and I know what a relief it must be to have the surgery behind you. Now, get well quick, little one! Hugs!!!
