| Personality question My last yorkie was seven steps beyond timid. My present pup is eight steps beyond self confident. At first I resented it, but I've grown to love it. I would like to get her a sister, maybe a maltese, but I'm afraid it may change the attitude I have come to love. Anyone have words of wisdom? |

| I believe that you have no need to worry about personality changes. My first boy, Max, has a very confident, strong personality. He was 1 year old when we brought his brother Teddy home. I ended up with 2 very strong personalities, but they get along very well. The only negative influence on each other is barking. They definitely compete with each other in that department. It's not random, all day barking, thank goodness. Mostly in the car for fun, and a few triggers at home.

| I agree with Maximo post! You don't have to worry for the first week you need to look at them their reaction to each other. When I bought another puppy they become best friend and they share everything |
