| I think puppies swallow their teeth all of the time that's why you rarely find them all. If your dog is an adult, I doubt there is still any reason to worry as I'm sure dogs who get little vet care probably have swallowed bad or loose teeth for centuries. Plus, if it's an adult dog, you need to be worried why the tooth was loose and get vet care as other teeth could be in danger due to poor dentition or gum disease. An infection still there in the gum or bone could have loosened it and be getting worse. But if it it just a puppy and you are still worried or she/he starts to have any different behavior over the next day or so, call the vet but swallowing baby teeth is normal.
