Donating Senior Yorkie Talker | What does yours steal! Got a quick pic of this after a swift piece of random opportunism this morning by 'Lady Crystal! The Act was perpetrated a few rooms away and ended here. They always include the 'Come and chase me routine', at least five laps in duration! Also I know if I drop a thing, it will be swooped upon mercilessly without consideration - the funs in the chase of course - for both of us! Last edited by docmartin; 12-23-2013 at 04:28 AM. |

| My pups have a tag team effort. Generally Dino steals it and runs away with it and then gives it to Mr. Bucket to destroy. Among the items that have been stolen and promptly destroyed is a wide variety of shoes ranging from $200 heels to cheap walmart sandals, teddy bears, socks, my old blackberry, and pretty much anything they can put their little mouths on. I now subconsciously take off my shoes and put them high up either on my dresser or night table. Good thing they are so cute

| I'm glad you said it first. I was debating on whether or not to rat out my little perv. Barney steals mine from our hamper. It's a short decorative one, just the right height. I found a stash under our bed. He had one pair out on our back deck one day! Thank goodness we live out in the middle of nowhere. He needs therapy.

| Puff prefers to steal from her big brother--whatever he may have. Whether it's a sock or a toy, as soon as she notices that he has something, she "needs" it. She will try sneaking up on him and if that doesn't work she will sit in front of him and cry and squeak and yelp. It amazes me how well she portrays the bratty little (human) sister!

| Geno is my little panty thief as well as a sock bandit. Mia will occasionally steal socks but she isn't too bad with being a huge thief. Geno pretty much steals anything he can get his little paws on. My boyfriend has been slowly learning that you CANNOT leave anything out cause Geno will eat it. He already found this out after a destroyed pair of eyeglasses, wallet with atm cards and license. Mia last night found a dollar and was running around with it lol

| Oh my...I guess I have very good kids...and safe undies. The girls only steal toys from Brody, and Brody only steals scunchies...which he seems to think are 'chewing gum' but they make an excellent game of 'keep away' too...a game he combines with "Catch me if you can 'cuz I'm the Gingerbread Man!"

| Lola's favorites are socks, pens, my grandmom's cell phone, and tissues/paper but she'll steal other things too. If you get up she promptly searches where you were to find good things. Luckily she's not destructive, unless it's paper, I think she mostly does it to get treats and attention. If you don't try to get it back from her she'll prance infront of you a few times. |

| My Rory has stolen everything from socks to money. I was counting out a bunch of ones the other day and she just climbed up and ever so gently grabbed one and then gleefully ran away. Last night I grabbed a pair of pajamas, underwear (yes, she steals underwear), and a pair of socks and went to shower. I know I got a pair of socks out but they disappeared before I even got IN the shower. I still haven't found them. |

| Haha! Tink tried to make off with a full 2 liter bottle of soda. She usually only grabs the empties, and has learned how to get the lids off. She'll also grab tea towels and run with them. Finny grabs Tink's toys and teases her with them. My 2nd Yorkie was an underwear bandit, and would chew and swallow snaps and parts of zippers off jeans and jackets! Luckily she always pooed them out, lol!

| Socks! Bella will take them right off our feet. She even tries to take them when we walk. And of course any and all paper.

| When Callie was a puppy she would take everything including water bottles with water in them. Now she is pretty chill but will occasionally take a fuzzy slipper sock or a tissue. If I tell her no she stops but I do let her keep and play with the sock for awhile because she doesn't damage it and ends up sleeping with her head on it.

| Huey steals and eats anything made of paper. Napkins, kleenexes, empty cigarette boxes, receipts, etc. For stealing without destroying, it is my bedroom slippers. I can usually find just one because the other one is elsewhere in the house...He grew out of the panties phase, thank goodness.
