| I have a Safeway Gate…if you do a search it shows it is sold at Target. What I like about it is there is no bar on the floor of which you can trip over.

| I love Dream Baby gates. They open easily and swing closed. Here is a link to one...they also come in black and extra tall. Amazon.com: Dream Baby Swing Close Security Gate...

| does that Dream Gate have such a small opening as the reviewers say? They make it sound as if you have to walk through it sideways. We currently are using a Stairway gate in one section of the kitchen that has an offset angled wall, Just because it was easy to modify for the area. The main problem with it is that it doesn't like baseboard trim and I had to cut a piece of Lexan and screw it to the bottom in order to close the gap. this is the one we picked up a cpl months ago. Amazon.com: Evenflo Top of Stair Plus Gate: Baby But now were looking for another gate for the other kitchen pass through area.. Who would've thought that it would be such a chore in order to find the right gate... One that opens easily, baseboard trim friendly, stylish in a way , safe for small heads, etc.. I've been searching through Amazon, and trying to weed out the reviews somewhat... People will complain about almost anything. |
