| How do you spoil your yorkie I like to spoil my little boy!! I give him back and feet massages.(he looks like hes in another world) I cover him at night when he goes to bed with his blankie. He has way too many toys for the short time he has been with us. When he gets older I will probably take him everywhere with me. So my question is what type of things do youi do to spoil your yorkie??

| Oh man - you should ask one of my "non-dog" friends this question. According to them, my dogs have it better than they do.

They have meals whenever we do.
I treat them almost exactly like I treat my two children.
Should I show you my credit card bill?
They each have two beds, two personalized blankets, a toy box, too many clothes to think about, oh man - the list goes on!
They are my babies - lots of people think I'm crazy!
My human children are actually spoiled too (with material things anyway) Mostly I spoil them all with love and affection!

| don't feel bad everyone I know thinks I am crazy too. I ordered Hailey a bathrobe today and my husband went on and on about how she's a dog not a kid and she doesn't need half the stuff I buy her but i think she does!!! |

| Its nice to know I am not alone when it comes to spoiling our babies. My Cookie has toys galore, dresses, coats, shirts, barettes, hair ties, and tons of bags to be carried in. Everywhere I go she goes...LOL! Its funny now when my friends invite me over they say "bring Cookie too." I think the ultimate will be next month when she turns 1...I can't wait to throw her a birthday party. -RubyC |

| Yoda pretty much gets whatever he wants (that's good for him, so no human food for the most part), he gets to sleep whereever and whenever he wants, we play with him when he wants to play, and he always has food and water available to him. And yes, he has a closet full of toys, a drawer full of clothes, and love from everyone that enters the house (or they aren't allowed IN!)! Aimee, your family sounds like a bundle of joy! So much love and attention to all! |

| Everyone says that I spoil Duke more than I spoil my nieces and nephews, and believe me, I go overboard with those kids! Duke has a larger wardrobe than any of his friends, his toybox is overflowing, he has his choice of three beds, he has a larger variety of treats than anyone else in the house, and he gets back rubs and tummy rubs whenever he wants them! My family thinks that I have gone over the edge, but I am happy to hear that there are others out there that spoil their little ones as much, or more, than I do. |

| Buckeye doesn't ask for a massage.....he jumps up on my lap and turns his self away from me and demands rubbed. holds that head high and enjoys every minute of it. I can't tell you all the ways that these 2 are spoiled. my daughter-in -law says i am "spaced way out there". With that chicago accent she says "lady you got it bad". this is the only place i can go on and on about my babies.

| Spoiled Sophie Sophie does not like to get up in the morning. Since I use a heating pad for my back at night she jumps on it as soon as I get up and I turn it on low for her. |

| Aww I love giving Billi massages, especially in the morning when she's stretching out. She'll come stretch and do "puppy yoga" on my tummy just so I can give her a rub down. Rub her belly too. She's SO loving in the morning, I love it I'm a sucker apparently, because I don't just bring water for her when we're out running errands, she has ice cubes in her water since I know she likes her water cold LOL. I'll indulge her in french fries when I know I probably shouldn't (I've cut it down a bit, tho!) And pretty sure there's not a single pet store I've been in where I haven't gotten her a toy/treat/shirt/all of the above. My Amazon wish list (like 500+ things) is mostly for her…. I can go on and on.

They have a lot of toys and clothes, but the way I spoil them the most, I suppose, is giving them tons and tons of attention. But I always say they aren't spoiled, they just know they're loved. Right now (I'm "at work") I have one laying across my boobs, between me and my laptop and the other is draped over my legs. They're sound asleep. They sleep best on mommy. | |
