| Harness I currently have a step in vest harness; however is see all these cute hand made vest harness. They look like the attach like a jacket around neck than around middle. Teddy is tiny so I worry about trachea collapse. Would these types of harness be too much on his little neck or is the pressure equalized around the waist. I would love to make him a cute harness when he is full grown. |

| Step in harnesses should only go as far as the chest at the sternum, and not go anywhere near the throat. Most Vest harness you buy in pet stores do touch the throat.
