| Willow Lost Her "Nuk Nuk".... .....her favorite little toy she's had since she was a baby....she just turned six. I don't know who is more heartbroken......her or me. Poor little "nuk nuk" is nowhere to be found. We have looked everywhere. It was a little heart that was pink on one side and shearling on the other side. I bought her a bunch of small toys at the doggie boutique right before I brought her home from the breeder six years ago and that was her favorite thing. She has played with that thing everyday for the last six years. She has carried it around the house with her, and she even slept with it. It has been washed so many times that it was finally beyond the point of being able to be washed anymore for fear that it would fall apart. I feel terrible. I should have never let her get that attached to only one toy. She has a ton of little toys and I have tried to get her to play with other things but all she does is sniff them and keeps looking through the pile for her beloved little "nuk". I even made her a new "nuk" out of the same fabrics but she has no interest in it. She just sniffs it and walks away. Has this ever happened to anyone else and how can I get her interested in her other toys. Will she ever forget about her "nuk"?

| I know how it is! My last yorkie had a favorite "doggie" she carried around with her for 14 yrs. She loved that thing. It has to be there somewhere. Have you looked under and behind all of the cushions?

| Jada has her" Yellow Dog" a loofah dog that is threadbare. She has never played with anything else. I have tried everything and bought every loofah dog that looks similar to her favorite. I hope you find "Nuk Nuk" I know exactly how you and Willow feel.

| Izzie has a little tye dye colored bear that she was given by the breeder. She has to have that bear to go to bed with or she will not go to sleep. It's 6 yrs old and looking pretty ragged. It's been washed, and sewned back together but heaven help us if we ever lose it. I hope you are able to find your little ones nuk nuk. |

| Thanks for the advanced warning. I will try to ensure my girls dont get too attached to any one toy. My trainer advised putting some toys away and rotating them every few weeks. I know its too late for you now but think I will try this to avoid future problems

| Laddy has a little Raccoon he has had since he was 12 weeks old and he would be the same way without it. Even on wash day when I can't stand to look at it anymore he stands beside the washer and glares at me till it comes out then he hides it (or thinks he does lol) so I can't wash it again. I have tried to find another in case something happens to this one but haven't been able to. I dread the day.

| ZoE has had a Carter's bear since she was 6 weeks old. She sleeps with it every night. It's the only stuffed animal she owns that she's not de-fluffed. I can't imagine how she'd be if we lost it. I hope you find her nuk or find a suitable replacement.

| I was thinking the same thing. It has to be somewhere if you lost it in your home. I bet you'll find it. |
