| Whats for dinner??? Good afternoon yorkie talkers, just wondering what you are having for dinner today. I do get tired of fixing the same ole stuff all the time and hearing about your dinners might give me inspiration to change it up a notch. I just through together a meat loaf and will have mashed potatoes, baked beans and rolls, now how about yours?

| We are smoking ribs, making homemade french fries and hushpuppies......with macaroni salad and baked beans. Last night was meatloaf, mashed potatoes and corn. Hubby loves cold meatloaf sandwiches (yuck for me) so now he has lunch for a couple days this week. Sometimes we make breakfast for dinner......pancakes & sausage.....one of my favorites.

| Oh my it all sounds so good. I will be fixing Easter dinner next Sunday, the kids and grands will be here. I too can't handle cold meatloaf..Dh loves stuffed peppers and we have had breakfast for dinner too. Pancakes or sausage with gravy and biscuits.

| The typical Sunday dinner here is sauce with pork, beef, meatballs and sausage. Macaroni. Bread and salad. I wanted to make a roast beef but my oldest son was like - Ma, it's Sunday, we have to have macaroni. |

| Last couple of days I have been wanting veal cutlets. I haven't had veal in years so tonight is the night. All I have to do is figure what to have with it. Every once in a while we have breakfast for dinner too. My favorite though is waffles and ice cream.

| Diannenete, can I come over for dinner, everything sounds so yummy!!!! I like to make tacos "a lot" Make the shredded beef in the pressure cooker, shred, cook with some sofrito and voila. I make carnitas (shredded pork) like that too. We have it with tostadas, arepas (venezuelan corn patty) tortillas, etc. We had bbcue ribs last night with fancy mashed potatoes ( butter, chives and our cream) Chicken fried rice, easy roast in the crock pot easy hahaha I like everything to be easy. I love strawberry shortcake but I take a short cut and use biscuits for the cake, love the sweet and salty taste. I also make cinnamon rolls with the crescent rolls. I AM SOOOOO HUNGRY!!!! | We are trying to get our "beach bodies" ready for vacation - which will start this coming Friday night! We are so excited and taking Jack with us! Anyway, I am making a big scrumptious salad for all of us.
