| Boy or girl? I have only had millie for a month but have allready decided i want another!!! After putting a post on here earlier i have decided to wait a little while untill she is full housebroke, so maybe at the end of the year.... My question is... is it best to add another girl or a boy. i mind you I am not looking to breed and will have Millie spayed when she get old enough. |

| I believe it all comes down to the individual dogs and that there is no magic formula. Some say opposite sexes work best, but there are plenty of examples here on YT of same sex duos working very well together (I have 2 boys ). I would assess your girl's personality and then talk to the breeder about potential pups' personalities.

| It think it is the personality of the pet. Some would say you should never have two females and others will say they have two females and it worked great. I would read up on how to bring a new dog into the home first though. |

| I have also heard 2 females can be interesting, but many do it. I think one of each would be good too. I have a male and had him neutered before 6 months. He is a little love bug. I also hear that males are less moody than the females. Don't know if this is true or not. A little boy would be fun!
