| Tip - getting Yorkie to sit still for top knot Brody taught me yet another new trick last night. We needed a couple things from the store and DH shut the TV off 'cuz he was going to run out. Brody and Mia 'knew' something was up right there and then. Mr. Brody, the scrunchie muncher, who is usually very good about letting me top knot his hair, has, since he is down to 4 toys (2 his, 2 Mia's...err...his) while I wash the other thousand, taken up snatching his scrunchies...err...chew toys...out of his hair for, you know... So, with DH standing behind me on the loveseat asking what else I need, they were dancing better than circus bears, and, of course, Mommy being 'the key', they were looking for my next move and trying to convince me what it should be. Brody was sitting facing me on the loveseat having pulled his scrunchie out, and butt dancing big time...DH and I were killing ourselves laughing, watching the two of them. Everyone having silently figured out we were all making the 3 mile round trip, I said to Brody, "But you can 't go without a scrunchie, and you took yours out and you're tearing it up." And Mr. "Oh no you won't take my chew toy away" gave me his scrunchie, hopped onto my lap, and sat perfectly still while I did his hair with the half-killed, fuzzy scrunchie!!! I couldn't breathe for 10 minutes, and my sides still ache!

| They are that..."just too darned smart!" He just fetched his 'today' scrunchie from where he hid it between the seat and the arm of the loveseat...proudly showing off his pastel Spring Green fuzzy teeth...then 'threw' it at me so he could go outside with Mia! I think I'd like to have his whole life on video...and a big bowl of popcorn!
