| Maggie's Proposition Last summer as we were doing our evening walk, a lady in the neighborhood told me that her mother was going to bring her a Yorkie from Mexico. I didn't see the lady again until the other day. She got her Yorkie and brought him out for us to see. He's three years old, very cute, just needs to be cleaned up some. BUT, he's not neutered. As she was telling me Herbie needed a girlfriend, she was looking at Maggie and petting her. Then she asked the question that's been asked before...is she fixed? Yes, she has been spayed. Huh? Ohhh, ok. "I want to have puppies, everybody wants one and they are worth money". I asked if she had ever bred Yorkies or any dog or been there when they "born"...No, she hadn't. I tried to educate her about having puppies and getting her little boy neutered but I think I was talking to a wall at that point. I thought when I mentioned the word C-section, it would scare her, but it didn't seem to. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that she doesn't find that "kind" of girlfriend for Herbie. As for Maggie, I don't know what kind of signal she is sending out, but she isn't that "kind" of girl.

| Of course, Maggie isn't that kind of girl! You should have told the lady that, too! She wasn't concerned about the c-section, because it wouldn't be her yorkie anyway. Besides, she is probably too busy counting the dollar bills in front of her eyes.
