| Harness question What kind of harness do I need to get for my 5 month old Milo? He has never had one. He has only been outside a few times. We are ready to start taking him out more. |

| Here you go. Step-In Harnesses are the very best and so easy. Chattiesmom makes them: http://www.yorkietalk.com/forums/yor...sses-silk.html

| I have to go with the Buddy Belt. Tried the walk in harness type. Sunny hated it, stressed us both out. Buddy Belt is easy peasy...looks like a bra! Bobbi

| I have and love the buddy belt but sense he is still growing I would just get a soft step in harness from the pet store because the buddy belts can be pretty expensive.

| I got Sunny's when she was 12wks....she still has three holes left in which it can be adjusted. I'm thinking she will still be able to wear hers when she is fully grown. Bobbi

| We love our Buddy Belts too, but they are pricey. I would wait to be sure your baby will be able to wear it when he is through growing, but that's just me

| Yeah, I got mine for Sunny at a doggie botique. I believe it was 25.00. No more then that. It may have been a splurge, since I used the money my parents sent me for Christmas. It was the best splurge i have made so far, that and her doggie purse/carrier. But the way I figured, i feel so safe with her wearing it. Physically it fits her well, made well, etc. Plus it is gentle on her little neck. Ooh and if she ends up wearing it for a year, and the rate she is growing, better yet. Bobbi

| I have a few from Chattiesmom and I love them. They are silk so they don't break the fragile hair. I have had mine for two years, they are the only harness Pistol wears and they are still almost new looking. She can do a matching leash too. The combo is really nice and the price is good. |

| Sophie Kate has three harnesses she uses. 1. Step In harness for walks 2. Puppia Harness for when she is riding in her Snoozer (walks with that also) 3. We just bought a Buddy Belt, Sophie Kate is learning to "love" it but I think the part that goes through her legs may bother her a little bit.

| I have Buddy Belts for my two smaller dogs and a Wiggles Wags and Whiskers No Pull Harness for our bigger dog. The Buddy Belts have been wonderful but I am still hoping to get a couple of silk harnesses from Chattiesmom when she is making them again. Buddy Belts are also not cheap and so until my smaller dogs were full grown I used an ezydog chestplate harness. I wish you well in your search for the right harness for your little one. |
