| New to the site! Hello fellow Yorkie owners/lovers! I am new to the site, and just wanted to say hello and introduce myself. My name is Taylor, and my fiance Johnathan and I have 2 precious furry babies, Jaxx, age 9mths, and Trixie, age 9wks. We love them more than anything! I also have 2 "sisters" at my dad's house, Zoie and Gracie. They are sweeties too. We look forward to meeting other yorkie owners on this site, and hope to learn a lot as well! Jaxx Trixie |

| Help! Thanks everyone! Now, I have my first question.lol. Jaxx, my 9 mth male, has been 99.9% potty trained on his potty pad for the past 2 months, and all of a sudden, we ran out of the original pads we were using so had to use a different brand, due to the fact that the ones we were using are actual for people, and we had gotten them from his previous owner. Now, he refuses to use the new brand! HELP! Would it be to our benefit to just order some more of the ones he was used to, or is there a way I could trick him into using the ones we already have? And also, Trixie, my baby girl, is not potty trained AT ALL. She has used the pad once, but when I take her there and try to make her stay, she just runs off. We're trying an open box with a pad in it, but she won't potty on the pad in the box, however AS SOON as we take her out of the box, she runs and pees on the carpet. Does anyone have any tips that would help us get Jaxx back to using his potty pad and how to get Trix to start using hers?? Please and thank you! Jaxx Trixie |

| hi and welcome to TY!! i used the tub when Cedric ran around with his potty pad in his mouth. he just thought it was the funnest thing to play rather than go on the potty pads. so i put the potty pad in the tub and would continually bring him in there and sit until he went. he finally got it and now he uses his pads for what they are supposed to be used for. Good luck.
