I'm pretty sure pumpkin is supposed to be the miracle cure for both constipation and diarrhea but not sure. Someone will give you better advice. Hope your little guy feels better.

He sounds very tiny and young. If he is just eating kibble,it might be to dry for him. I mixed 1T of wet food and a tiny bit of water in Mina's food when I brought her home and she was 13wks. She ate this for the first month that I had her. Pumpkin can help too,it doesn't take much. I dont know how long it has been sense you have seen poop, but I would take baby to the vet. Even if all they do is give you some good advice on what to do,you will have peace of mind and that is worth the cost of an office visit.

get him relaxed and quiet first...then take a thermometer and put in the silver tip of it....ONLY....lubricate first ......the tip that is....and go in small slow circles inside the anus and this will usually stimulate them to go.... Do not insert anymore of it, only the very tip!!

HMMM this is JUST a question that I hope someone will be able to answer. Can you use glycerin supositories on a dog like you would a baby? The answer is something that I want to stick in the back of my brain.
