| There are a couple of different things you can do. One is say no bite and put a toy or chew they can chew on in their mouth. The other is ignore give no attention untill they stop the b iting

| You will get many diff. ways to stop this. This is what works for me. 1. For young puppies a high pitched yelp and stop playing at once. This is what their litter mates would do to say Stop it that hurts and I won't play with you. 2. A firm NO, and put them on the floor to give a time out. 3. A Firm NO and a light tap on their nose. Then ignore them for a few moments. 4. for older dogs I have used the hand bite that Cesar Millan teaches. I know some people don't like him, but I do and I use many of his methods. |
