| My two yorkies saved our lives. On fathers day at 5:45 am my son and I was asleep. My yorkies Fantasia and Jordyn who sleep with me jumped off the bed and started barking and running up and down the hallway. I woke up and told them to get back in the bed, they kept barking and spinning in circles, and running down the hall. I got up and looked out the window and didnt see anything and I got back in the bed and Fantasia jumped on the bed and got in my face barking. I got up to go with the down the hall and I heard cracking and popping and saw the black smoke, I started to open the door and Fantasia wouldnt let me she started pulling my gown back and got between me and the door and push me back. The apartment building was on fire. I live on the second floor and had to drop my yorkies of the banconey to people screaming for me and my son to jump. We lost everything but we all have our lives thanks to Fantasia and Jordyn, my little heros. A man set the fire on purpose with gas. All the familes did get out. THANK YOU GOD.

| Oh, my gosh, I am so glad you are all ok! In the end that's all that ultimately matters. I hope the rest comes back together soon. And what smart little babies!!! Little guardian angels, I just love it! That would be so scary, my mind often wonders to that scenario as I live on the 3rd floor.

Thor's Human Donating Member | That's amazing! Thank goodness your family is okay. How wonderful to have two little heroes. Are you little ones okay being dropped off the balcony? How did you and your son get out? Did the fire alarm not go off?

| God Bless your sweet babies, it is a miracle you survived. Sad to hear you lost everything but material things can be replaced. Praying that God gives you the strength to go forward with your lives with the help of loved ones and your precious angels.

| I so glad that you and all of your babies are okay. Years ago, my mother's cat save her life in almost the exact same scenario. My mother was sleeping and the cat kept pestering her until she finally got up to see what was wrong. Turned out it was an electrical fire and the cat could smell long before my mother could. I know how you must be feeling as I went through this with my mother. Fortunately for us, we had relatives we could stay with until the house was remodeled. Once again, I am glad you and your loved ones are okay. |
