YT Addict | Hair is driving me nuts Abby is getting mats on her tummy. She never had any problems and now this new hair is coming in and it is pure cotton. I hate to think she will have to be shaved on her belly but her top is fine it is just where this cotton is. Is there a product I can use to ease these mats. She goes crazy when I try to brush them. She is 4 months old and I hope this is a transition coat. |

| I use Biogroom Silk Creme Rinse as a conditioner and for tangles, a dab of PetSilk Silk Serum.

| As Mina's hair grew out,it was the black baby hair that became tangled. Her topknot still has baby hair and that is where she get tangles. I do trim her tummy,so much movement goes on under there on the tummy(rubbing on the carpet),under their little armpits (rubs as they walk). In my openion it is better to keep a tummy clean because of potty stuff too. But some may not do this. |

| I keep the hair off of all of my pups' bellies. It is not seen anyway..and I just think it is neater.

| I keep the hair of of my babies tummies too. I do it for sanitary reasons, also. I do use the bio groom shapoos and conditioners as well. I never have any problem with mats.

| I thought the same thing about a month ago. This hair isn't to be like this forever is it?!?! It won't don't worry. I did trim Pita's belly hair all the way down at about 4 months and she is now 5.5 mos and no more mats!! woohoo. Just hang in there |
