| IABCA Announcement Facts For those that have not heard, IABCA decided that it was time to end their almost 25 year relationship with UCI. UCI placed the following statement on their website in an effort to correct the rumors and untruthful statements that the business decision was less than amicable. UCI wishes IABCA all the best in their future. This relationship is and always will be a long, family relationship. Sadly, some individuals are trying to make this into something negative so they may personally profit from false information. Please honor this long, family friendship by allowing these two companies and families to look back on the years they worked together fondly and to wish each other an even better future. Gunther Knoben's statement is below and the link to the UCI website. I have also included the UCI statement from 2007 announcing IABCA's application to recognize the Biewer - terrier was finally accepted by UCI. This statement can be found using the same link. Union Cynologie International e. V. (UCI e.V.) IABCA retired from UCI After more than 20 years membership in the UCI e.V. the IABCA terminated these with immediate effect. The UCI wants the IABCA for their future all the best. The UCI notes that the IABCA has no longer the right - and that with immediate effect - to award international championships (diplomas) to the name of the UCI! The exhibitions of IABCA are no longer protected by the UCI eV. The shows have been deleted from the IABCA our appointment list. UCI Acceptance of Biewer - terrier On the UCI Association - General Meeting on 20.10.2007 was unanimously decided, to recognize the Biewer - terrier as a breed with immediate effect. The application for recognition of the breed "Biewer - terrier" has been submitted by the the American Association, (joined the UCI e.V.), International All Breed Canine Association ", (IABCA), The UCI e.V. has pursued for decades the development of the Biewer - terrier and has also collected relevant informations. In the above UCI - General Meeting the recognition of racial Biewer - terrier has been done. |

| Thank you Jewels54!!! So glad to see that someone is clarifying the information about the break up between IABCA and UCI. That this was indeed an amicable parting of the ways. Already there are those starting the ugly rumors and making untruthful statements trying to make more out of this by slanting the truth. Guess they think this makes them look more reliable and as usual feel more important but in my opinion this only cast a shadow of doubt on their ethics. |

Donating YT 2000 Club Member | Business as usual for IABCA. There will be the wonderful critiques by the International judges and no longer the long waits for the titles to arrive from overseas. Plus some new things will be announced on their website soon. If anyone has any questions on the breeds, titles, or rumors, contact IABCA on their website. It is always fun to meet and see YT exhibitors at a dog show. |

| This is wonderful News.. I went to the IABCA website and the accepted breeds link.. we are listed just as BIEWERS.. not Biewer Terrier.. just Biewer. That should help clear up some confusion at least.

| I just read on a website why the IABCA ended their relationship with the UCI and why they tried so hard to down the BTCA. The IABCA are the ones that have been issuing the forged titles all along and it looks like someone has forensic proof. I read the credentials of the person hired to evaluate the titles and you aren't going to be able to argue with him. It also looks like they are going to be able to trace the titles to the printer that they copied them on. No wonder they had a fit when the BTCA received the right to issue International titles. The BTCA has authentic titles to compare the IABCA issued titles to. This is going to be interesting. Check it out www.biewerterriers.com |

| Why is it that crime being perpetrated by an associate or friend is tolerated, yet if someone else commits the same crime they are the first ones on the police door steps. Forgery and fraud in this country is still a crime, no matter who commits it. These people have stolen hundreds of thousands of dollars from the general public. Now why should I go watch T.V.? I would encourage anyone that has received a title from the IABCA to inspect it to see if it is real or not. If you bought a Coach purse and found out later that it was a knock off, would you say oh well, I'll just watch T.V.? No, you get your money back and go get the real thing. DUH |

| Just a note... My title was one of the first titles tested and found to be forged. This testing was done at considerable expense by an independent forensic document examiner. It was found to be incorrect in EVERY possible way, signature, paper, embossed logo, and it was photocopied! UCI has now confirmed that these are forged signatures. For those who would like to think this an attack on IABCA by BTCA, this is not true. I am a new member of BTCA, I have no history or issues with IABCA. I was not even a BTCA member at the time I attended the IABCA shows. How many people have been defrauded by IABCA? How much time and money has been wasted? It is my understanding from UCI that IABCA has not even paid for the few true titles that were purchased from them. I attempted to contact IABCA regarding inconsistanties with my title before all of this and they did not even bother to respond. I have an International Title that is worth nothing, and as more comes to light will be worth even less. I am very glad not to be on my own on this |
