| How sweet is this... Today a customer of ours came in to get an estimate,,, well we fixed her car about 1 year ago,, well, when she comes in she calls for Bailey and he comes right to her, and he is digging his nose in her coat pocket,, well she had just come from PetSmart,,,and she brought him one of those little tennis balls,,well he is in heaven,, and Oh, how he likes her. I just thought that was so sweet of her,, Bailey definately has loyal followers here.

| Yes, it does make a difference! It made my day,,, BUT~~ he has had it now for about 30 mins...and he has ripped the fuzzy stuff off,, and now has a HOLE in the ball and the bell is laying there, and he was crunching on the hard stuff the ball is made of.... SO~~ SO much for that! I took it off of him. He is so destructive..... Well, it's the thought that counts..

| Edie loves those little tennis balls, but she likes to strip off the fuzz too. It gets in between her teeth, so I only let her play with them when supervised. A friend has a doxie who is the same way, and the vet finally said "no more tennis balls" because the fuzz was getting under his gums! They are great toys, though. We really liked the mini tennis bone. We have switched to kongs, though. THey are indestructible and no fuzz..... |

| Oh---I didn't mean to downplay what a nice thing it was for your customer to have given your pup the little tennis ball. That was a very thoughtful thing to do. |

| I have seen this over and over when people bring their dog to work and especially small dogs the customers love it and it's great for business too. We have a couple that have a ups store but with lots of other things and they have a gorgeous golden and we are all in love with it. Every time we go in to say hello to Goldie we buy something.
