| Need advice I have a little 5 month old boy here who just had surgery to put 2 pins in his leg. He is confined and clearly very unhappy about it. He has a ton of chewies and toys but he cries and screams because he wants out. How can I keep him amused in there. He is not allowed to be free yet. His surgery was just 5 days ago. Thanks |

| When my last pup broke her leg and was confined, I feed her her kibble in a toy puzzle something like this one. Kyjen Dog Games Treat Wheel Dog Toy Puzzle at PETCO It helped mental stimulation and helped to pass a little of the time.

| Bully sticks? dehydrated chicken jerky? Those are my suggestions but of course, they only work for so long.... good luck. I'd imagine this isn't going to be fun for either of you! |

| You might want to send a message to shodanusmc. He has been going through almost the same situation. I'm sure he could give you some good first-hand advice and I know he'd be happy to share. This is his page: http://www.yorkietalk.com/forums/member.php?u=19208005
