| Found out yesterday my yorkies are truly.... ANIMALS!!! I kept calling them to come in. Two came and the other two stayed out. I went out to look for them and they were ? eating something. I don't know if it was a nest of baby moles, mice or worse baby bunnies! I'm telling you it just made me sick to my stomach ALL DAY!! Of course, all four had to have baths. They couldn't go in the backyard until my son-n-law came to dispose of them. And today I still can't stop thinking about it! I called my daughter crying yesterday and she just kept saying. " They are animals, Mom, that's what they do." Well , I know they are "technically", but they are my babies! I just wish since they are domesticated animals they wouldn't have that "ratter" still inbred in them. UGHHH! |

| Yup, they are our babies, but they are still dogs. And dogs like to eat really gross things sometimes. Last summer my sweet little boy Oliver threw up something that looked like a hairball. When I picked it up, I realized it was a MOUSE! He had swallowed it whole. I was disgusted, too. Still makes me shudder thinking about it now....

| There are just some things that are hardwired into our babies and you can not make it go away. I had 5 dogs trained to not bark when people came to my front door,,,,until I brought the Chi home and short of killing him, he just cannt NOT bark. He even tries to not bark and it still come tumbling out. |

YT 1000 Club Member | Fortunately we have a resident Possum, who comes through just about every night. Anything that my two would kill, or not finish eating, he cleans up, and at least I don't have to look at it the next day. Most times when I detect that somethings happened. like a "red" beard, I just wash it off, and keep them inside till the next morning.

| I think mine would eat almost anything that didn't eat them first. Somebody is always watching them to make sure they aren't eating something they shouldn't.
