| Is thinking a switch is coming! I have done research and I am really going to take Minnie off Science Diet and put her on Wellness Super5Mix Just for Puppy. A Natural pet food store down the road sells it and the place is called Lizzi & Rocco's Natural Pet Market. Guess what? They have a Yorkshire Terrier named Lizzi and they foster animals too. |

| I think Wellness is a good food. If Belle didn't like the Natural Balance that would have been my next try. She and Oliver like to see what is in each other's dishes though, so I have to use an all stages food.

| That's great to hear! Wellness is a LOT better than Science Diet That is really cool that there is a natural pet store in your area. We have one here and I love it!

| Tomorrow is the day that we are beginning the switch. Any pointers since I have never switched an animal to better food? |

| Louie is on wellness super 5 mix,and does well on it. When changing food go slow to avoid tummy issues. Do 1/4 with new food for a few days, then 1/2 to 1/2 ratio then1/4 to 3/4 over a week time. That is what our vet told us and we have had no problems.

| I have a Rocco's Pet Store too that has all the natural pet foods. Go figure. Gizmo didn't do too good on wellness, but they had all kinds of sample bags that were free to trial at the store. We found he likes Avoderm the best. Yay for no more Science Diet!!!

| I switched Sophie to Wellness Super 5 mix about a year ago, slowly as recommended. Sophie took to it right away. I think you made a wise choice

| Thank you, I am rather excited about this. Minnie seemed to eat the Wellness that was mixed in with the SD which is good! So far it looks like paying a little over 17 bucks for a 6lb bag is worth it. I will just watch her stools etc and how she acts with the change. |

| I switched over to Wellness Super 5 Mix about a month ago from Royal Canine. At first Kody's stools got a little loose and then gradually hardened up some and now they are normal. He picks at the kibbles though ... eat a little, then stop, then eat a little more later. Sometimes he will go smell it and walk away, I got worried at first when he did that and then gave him more RC. But I see it's just his nature and he will eat when he gets ready now.

| Minnie eats just like that. I have never worried about it since she eats her food through out the day. She even takes a few kibbles out and eats them on the floor. I also free feed her but its only the amount of food she is supposed to have measured daily. Minnie is not overfed but I have faith she will do fine with the new food, she has not refused to eat it which is a good sign. Quote:

| This must be the week for a switch LOL...I just started switching my 2 over to Wellness super5mix for puppy for my 7 month old boy Harley and I got the wellness super5mix for adults for Bella, she is 2 1/2 yrs...they love it...I had them on Eukanuba cause that is what my breeder feeds and I tried a few times to switch Bella to a 5 star food with no luck...she wouldn't eat it...This is the first time I have tried since I got Harley, he is such a picky eater I didn't wanna change anything until I knew he could handle it...but I never tried the wellness until now...again they love it...and there BM's are looking good...for poop...LOL....Yayyyy!!
