| Thunder Shirt...YES!!!! I may be the most sceptical person ever about TV infomercials and to be honest if it had not been suggested to me through here on YT I would have never ordered it BUT............................. This is the most wonderful thing ever!!!!!!!!!! Ours came a few days ago, we live in MO and we have has some really bad storms here lately and poor Charlies has such a rough time heart races panting shaking the whole works. so this morning about 5:45 he was jumping on out heads and panting and I got the thunder shirt out and immediately and put it on him and he became calm, now it was not like a magic trick it did take a couple miutes but litterally in 2-3 minutes he had calmed down. no panting no shakes and he just laid down. We are having thunder too and the first time that happened he kind of jumped but then he was fine and laid back down. Now it does fit very tight but I am able to put my 2 fingers like for a collar bewteen the shirt and his body so it should be fine and it does not seem to be causing any stress to him. So, I am sorry I cant remember who it was that suggested it to me and im late for work and cant go through old posts to find out but THANK YOU I will try and browse later to sent you a PM but it is so nice to see him relaxed during all this bad weather. (calms me too and I dont even get to wear it LOL) Everyone have a great day!

Here's my initial review of the Thundershirt. It's a calming shirt for dogs who have anxiety for a variety of reasons. http://www.yorkietalk.com/forums/yor...ml#post3487226

| Ya'll have made a believe out of me - this shirt helps some dogs! I may even get one for Tibbe's fear of the curtain rod noise he hears as I close the curtains just to see if it would work on that. He'd conquered that fear, then the thing fell on him as he sat in the windowsill and he is scared again, though coming out of it again. Wonder if it works on other scary situations/sounds other than storms?

| The thundershirt is made of a very thin material like t shirt material and it goes on like a jacket it velcros across the front of the chest and around the mid section of their chest, it fits very snug you have to measure your babies mid chest area to know what size to get but you put it on and velcro it in place and its like magic. I think it is a feeling of security for them like with you swaddle a baby papoos like in a blanket. it is very light and charlie is able to run jump and play with it on but the difference it make is outstanding. it is supposed to work for storms, fireworks rides in the car (im trying that tomorrow) things like that anything that owuld make them nervouse. I got mine off Ebay but you can go to their website to read about it. And I see them have an advertisement here on YT now and then

| I got Beemer one for wearing to class. He's very afraid of the room where class is held. It's a long story but here's the link to it. http://www.yorkietalk.com/forums/agi...fied-fear.html Last week I put the shirt on him before taking him to class. When I got out of the car with him he wouldn't walk towards the building. This is an agility class so it was being held outside. I carried him around the back of the building and set him down. After a minute or two he walked over to the fence. He actually went in and participated in everything. The jury is still out on whether it is the shirt or the fact that the class was outside, but since our incident in November this is by far the most he's participated in class. One more thing. This morning we had storms move through. He's not petrified of storms but he did start really barking at the thunder and lightening. I put his shirt on him and he curled up and went back to sleep. It was funny because the next round of storms he didn't react at all - but Sadie started barking a little and she's not my barker. I may have to get her one too. It'll take some time to know for sure about class but I will say that this little shirt does seem to contain some magic!

| I'm just about ready to get one of these!!! Gosh I'm glad I found YT. I would never have tried one of these from just the ad I've seen but hearing what I've heard so far, even if it is just a threshold and doesn't even keep working, it would be worth it!

| Well I went through my old threads and found it was Farleys mom that had suggested it to me I sent her a thank you note. I got mine from Ebay, it cost $36 like on the Thundershirt website but minus shipping that was free. and I got it in about 3 days. there was a 7 day return policy if you didnt like it or it didnt work (Im keepin mine!!!) The funds went to a cairn terrier rescue group so that made me feel good too. I really think it is a great product now Im sure that it might not work for every fur baby but my goodness it is certainly worth a try.
