Luv my 7 Furkids Donating Member | new score: Toby Tyler 1 - new wood floors 0 Just an update, Toby Tyler was afraid to walk or move on the wood floors, AllDog Boots sent us some booties, and we bought some non skid socks, well let me tell you, Toby Tyler is one happy lil guy! He is not walking but running all over the place, strutting and wiggling his tail 50 miles per hour. He is so proud of himself. |

| Just curious, if your little one had ever worn socks before? Did she try to take them off? Also, how do they stay up lol...I've never seen little socks on dogs, but I sure would like to hear about them, and possibly try them for my little ones...Thanks, maggie |

| I love it! We've been thinking our little guy needs slippers - the tile floors are so cold in the winter! Maybe we will look for socks instead!

| Linda, I'm so happy to hear that Toby is winning! I'm researching manufacturers of socks, so hopefully soon I'll have a full line of dog socks to sell as well. Tell Toby to keep up the good work!

| Linda44, How innovative! What a great idea so glad it worked and that you shared! Quote:
We tried some infant socks...almost worked but of course the shape isn't right so I'd love to give some dog socks a try! | |

Luv my 7 Furkids Donating Member | I put little strips of duct tape around the socks and folded them over. No hes never worn them before but no problems. I think he was more scared of the floor than the socks. To AllDogBoots..let me know when you start carrying socks, I cant tell you how happy Toby Tyler is bee boping all over. |

Luv my 7 Furkids Donating Member | Theyre small doggie socks, I cut a piece of duct tape about an 1/4 inch and wrap around his ankle over the sock, then fold the sock down over. Works perfect. |

| Might wanna try 'self adhesive elastic bandages' instead of duct tape...okay maybe I just like all the pretty colors...I think this is what many people are starting to use for ear taping also (well the harder stuff like this-that's more of a tape). Here's an example of it if you don't know what I mean... Elastic Adhesive Bandage | Self Adhesive Elastic Bandage | ElasticBandageStore.com |

| Linda, I too have the slippers for Toby from AllDogBoots. Aren't they the best! Where did you get the non-slip socks? Toby does great in his slippers. I've even had him in his snow boots a couple times too. Now THAT is funny to watch. If people are wanting to get their "kids" some of the AllDogBoots I highly recommend them. I got the Neopaws for Toby. I think getting him used to the slippers first made it easier for him to wear the boots. Karen, please let all of us know when you start carrying the doggie socks. I would want to get some too!

| You are so great Dianne, thanks. I can finally breathe now from the winter rush to do my research. It'll be a couple of weeks at least. I'll let everyone know.
