| I use Ifranview. It's a free download ifranview - Google Search Then there under Image, there is a resize/resample. There you can reduce the pictures. Give it a try. Always save as a different name if you want to keep the original the same size.

| Oh I downloaded Photoscape to make the moving avatar. I haven't explored the other options in there. Will have to check it out

| I use that for resizing, backgrounds, borders, cropping. Lots to do on there
