I feel so bad I gave Tila a haircut tonight, thinking to myself I'll cut her down and start to grow her hair again fresh through the fall and winter. DUH! I shouldn't have done it, now she's chilly. I have her jammies on her and she's still shivering. I feel bad now.

| Awww...don't feel bad! She will be okay. Get her some blankets, my Madison likes to snuggle under her blankets a lot in winter. Maybe get her some slippers to wear also. Dog Slippers, Animal Slippers for Dogs

Thank you for the link, those slippers are adorable. I have her snuggled in her Care Bears fluffy blanket right now.

Don't feel bad hon, remember that yorkies are extra sensitive to temperature, so they will shiver at the slightest breeze, and cook in the slightest warmth! That's how it seems with my one anyway! So you did the right thing cutting hair for summer and letting it grow for fall/winter. I'm doing that with Willie. His hair was chopped for summer and now it's growing back for fall/winter. It's already starting to get cooler here!

The good thing about hair is that it grows back and don't they look just sooooo cute in their jammies? The slippers are the cutest things I just don't see mine keeping them on since there would be a wild 'bunnie hunt' going on all over the house... LOL! I tried to put bows in their hair and it was a mere 5 minutes until they all had a blast taking them off each others heads... Last edited by Mitzis Mom; 08-28-2010 at 04:37 AM.
