| I get on my yorkies nerves sometimes...hee hee I know without a doubt I get on Brandi's nerves sometimes. But I can't help it. If she wasnt so darn cute, I wouldn't be this way. It's her fault. The time I get on her the nerves the most is when she is sleeping. I will wake her up just to hold her or kiss on her. I know this sounds stupid but some of the positions she sleep in are cuter than others so i will change her position to the position i like. I know I can be a little stinker too. Also I work from home every Wed, so needless to say she almost never get any sleep becasue 1-she is always following me around or 2-I am always waking her up. She most love the days I go to work because that is the only time when she can sleep without me bothering her. Poor baby. |

Furbutts = LOVE Donating Member Moderator | Hah ...I know exactly what you mean! I am always waking up my babies too. I try not to, but the urge is too strong, and they're being *way* too cute in their sleep - and there I go....waking them on up with little cuddly moves and cooing, and then they're all mushy, sleepy, have warm sleep-breath, and they might stretch...which I love, and then kisses.....and all of that just reinforces me to do it all over again next time .

| I used to do this with Hammer when he was younger, now getting him to nap on days when I'm there is impossible! I never get to see his cute sleep positions! |

| I do this on occasion, but DBF does it all the time! Roxie will be sleeping soundly in my lap, and he'll start poking at her. I always yell at him to leave her alone, but he always says he just can't help it...it's like she's asking for it...LOL!

| I am soooo glad I am not the only one. Brandi sleeps in bed with me and she sleeps on her side. I will rollover her over on back and kiss her all over her face. It's our nightly ritual....we both sleep better. Also does anyone else yorkie sleep horizontal like instead of sleeping in the same direction I do, Brandi likes to sleep laying across the bed. I sleep in a queen size bed and Brandi takes up all the freakin room. I have to slide her over so I don't fall out of the bed. I keep telling her the bed is big enough for the both of us but she doesn't care . |

| I too love to fuss with them while they are snoozing. They are too cute, and it's too hard to resist playing. As far as sleeping with these little ones...more often than not, I wake up with Sassy sleeping on top of my head!! It's like wearing a fur hat to bed. I think I'll like it better in the winter!

| I do it so much that they'll eventually get up and move out of my reach so they can get some sleep. What is really sad is that I know I never did that to my skin babies. Does this mean I think my furbabies are cuter than the skinkids were? Nah, just that the consequences of waking the babies back then were way more severe than waking these little bundles of fun! Sometimes I get the urge to squeeze 'em till they pop. I don't, but I get the urge. It is real scary how much you can love a small animal.

| Face has a HUGH smile here...you all are so totally there. I'm right there with you! I read my book every night in bed, Zhoie will lay down about half way of the bed. When I reach up to turn off the light, she instantly comes up the bed to assume sleepy position. That's me on my left side, she lays her back on her side against my chest and her head tucked on my arm. Gosh, I so love that, always good for kisses and smile before sleeping. lol. Oh, and love waking up, kissing her little face and all the moaning and stetching she does, keeps me there. Then I really have bust my butt to get my shower and be on time. LOL

| I can't help it either! When Marchello falls asleep for our naptime he always curls up all cute and I just want to hold him and cuddle him so much. I love how he kisses me goodnight when we're going to sleep for the night before he curls up by my side. Just so darn adorable. |

| I can't resist the yorkie sleepiness either. Levi prefers to sleep by my feet, but probably every other night, I move him next to my stomach after he falls asleep. And no matter what, if he is still asleep in the morning when I wake up, you can bet I pick that sleeping baby up and put him on my lap so I can hold him and pet him while he is being so sweet and snuggly (he is absolutely wild and crazy and playful if he's awake). I know this annoys him, I can almost hear him saying, "Woman, leave me alone, I'm sleeping."
