| Okay have to share Last night we went to bed and my son was still up. So didn't take Fizz down with us (he sleeps with my son) Andrew went outside to visit with a friend, Marvin our Mutt was already downstairs asleep on "his" fouton, And all of a sudden the little stray we have heard no noise from satrts to howl. A little bitty yorkie howl, but a howl none the less. It was too funny. I went upstairs and Fizzgig flew into my arms. So learned last night he does not like being alone...good thing we have Marvin. He keeps little Fizz company during the day. But that howl was as cute and folorn as I have ever seen. Last edited by mzw00dy; 04-14-2010 at 03:09 AM. |

| My Yorkies howl too!! They only howl when I leave them, whether it is too go upstairs or when I leave the house. They don't even blink when my husband or son leave but they go crazy when I do. The first time I heard the howling I laughed so hard, I have to admit it still cracks me up! I wonder how many others have Yorkies that howl? I thought that only mine did and that the older ones were teaching the others!

| It was cute for sure...just another thing to learn about this little guy as we learn about Yorkies. One good thing the ear infection and the gums are looking better since we have been caring for him. He will eat dry dog food now. So very glad he is feeling better. Now I can enjoy learning the personality of the little guy. |

| My little 3 lb. one, Cocoa, howls when she's outside tracking a scent. It always makes me stop and look at her for awhile. Just can't imagine that sound coming from such a tiny one. ~Joanne~

| Twinkie howls when I walk out of the door without her! She wants to make sure I know she is not happy with me and I should turn right back around and get her! |

| one morning i was sleepin in and wanted some peace and quiet so i put Sadie in the kitchen where she goes when we're not home. that week she had hurt her leg and we had just found out about her LP. she was quiet all morning and then all of a sudden i hear her howl...it sounded like she was singing. i ran to her thinking she was hurt and she was just laying in her little dog bed looking so cute and just fine. my little lady is a singer like her mama. but that was the only time she's ever done it |

YT 1000 Club Member | My boys howl also whenever I leave them upstairs to go to work or if we leave the house. They have also taught our Pomeranian to howl. Thankfully Friday is too much of a lady to join in.
