| Yorkie Colors I read through the thread that talks about the coat colors but didn't really see anything on this......are there yorkies that will stay black and tan or will they all change somewhat in their coloring???? |

| It depends on the dog some stay black and tan but alot turn silver or blue.

| When a Yorkie is registered, it is assumed that the color codes are for adults. Black and tan are one of the choices for standard colors on Yorkies. Like chachi said, it depends on the dog.. |

| Chachi is right. It's really hard to tell what they will look like when they are babies though. Most lighten at least a little bit. |

| Both of mine are still dark they are registered as Gold/Blue. I was looking at the parents pictures and they are very dark. |

It doesn't really matter to me if she changes or not I love her the way she is. However, I do know of a woman who's male yorkie changed to a silver blue once he was neutered. | |
