| going away from my baby for 12 days!!! I'm going away for work, I'm a nanny and I'm helping the family I nanny for move to Houston, and I have to leave my baby behind for 12 days!! I'm so sad and was wondering how your babies reacted when you went away?? I'm afraid Pann's going to forget about me and like my bf better!! Is there anything I should do to prepare my furbutt (and myself!!) for the time apart? The closer the time gets the more anxious I get, so I thought I'd post on here and ease my anxiety a little bit also please pray for me I will be going on a plane for the first time and all by myself for the ride home and I am terrified!! lol. I'm a worry wart I know and I'm rambling so any advise would be much appreciated; thank you!! |

| We went away to Vegas for almost 2 weeks. On our way home I missed Uni soooooo much I felt like I was gonna throw up! My MIL said when we were gone every car that drove by Uni ran over to the door crying waiting for us to open the door.... and we didn't for almost TWO WEEKS! When we finally came home, we opened the door and saw that she was laying on the couch facing the front door (waiting for us!) and she had her head down, ears back, but tail wagging! She must have thought she was hallucinating! Like Is it really them? They came back! It's hard being away from your baby, but don't worry they won't forget you!

| We usually travel a lot. Our yorkie likes to play with other yorkies. We always miss him so much. When we come back, he is the happiest dog. He never forgets us. Your yorkie will be very happy to see you when you come back. They never forget their owners. Good luck and a safe trip!!!! |

Donating YT 30K Club Member | I left mine for a week for the first time this summer. They were at home with my adult daughter and they did fine and I had a great time. I also checked in every day once or twice and had my nephew and sister check in on them. I have gone on 2 other short trips and they were fine. So go and try and enjoy the experience.

| We left Kona with my parents for 12 days over Thanksgiving. We had only had her for 3 months (we rehomed her, she was 7 years old), so we were really afraid she wouldn't remember us when whe got home. Boy were we wrong! She was sooooo excited to see us and she followed me around for 3 days - never got more than 3 feet away from me. It was so cute. You and your baby will do just fine!

| I honestly believe the separation anxiety is worse on us than it is on our fur babies. I'm sure your baby will miss you and will be super excited to momma when you get home. Have a safe trip and enjoy the experience!
