Donating Senior Yorkie Talker | how young is too young? What is the youngest that a yorkie can be "fixed" spayed or neutered? |

Donating YT 3000 Club Member | 6 month's is the Normal age But Some shelter's do it at only a few week's old. I would not do it that young. I Have alway's neutered my boy's at 6 month's, Female's i would make sure it's before her first heat. |

YorkieTalk Newbie! | I am wondering if anyone could tell me the first signs that your yorkie is going into heat? Mine is acting funny and I am thinking that she is going into heat...I have a appointment to get her fixed in two weeks! I have heard that you should not it if she is in heat! any advise!!! |

| 6 months is when they should get spayed/neutered, however, in certain cases vet's will do this earlier if need be.
