| Can you say BIG! Well today we had a visit at the vet. and when Travis weighed in O.M.Gosh his official weight is now 16.4lbs! The vet said that he's not over weight it's all muscle, but I think that he's changing because he not as active as he used to be. I told my husband Travis has grown within the last 2 months since I changed their food from Royal Canine to Wellness, but hey the vet said that he's healthy so I don't have no complaints. I will be adding some new pictures of him in the album to check out

| As long as your Vet is happy with his weight, then I wouldn't worry about it. I had a 21 lbs. dachshund, and he was fat. LOL!

| my mom has a yorkie that weighs 22lbs! She was a pet store dog (she was sitting in urine with kennel cough) with that said she is most likely a silky. She's just a big lady. |

| I am glad to hear your dog is healthy. Josh is a big Yorkie too. Josh weighs eight to nine pounds, and he is solid. When he jumps off the bed, I hear a loud thump. I love that my dog is solidly built, because I do not have to worry about him accidently getting hurt. I will check out Travis' photo album. Last edited by JoshieBoy; 10-06-2009 at 07:37 PM. |
