| Whats wrong with his hair! My yorkie is loosing his hair on the top of his nose. We have tried changing his food type and it has helped a little. Has anyone had this problem with their yorkie? He is still dang cute and acts just fine but now balding on his nose. Help!!! |

| My 3 lb. Yorkie first lost the hair on her nose and eventually her legs and her behind before she was diagnosed with EPI. She nearly died before they diagnosed her. Kept looking for bugs or fungus. Might want to have some tests run. ~Joanne~

| Sounds like leather ear. It can affect the nose, too.

Furbutts = LOVE Donating Member Moderator | Poor fella - anytime there is hair loss, you really have to get a *good* check-up at the vet and the area may need a culture. This could be leather ear, ringworm, a thyroid issue, bacterial....all kinds of things. But I'd really explore it before it worsens.
