| Some questions about Yorkies I am pretty sure if i searched the forum long enough i could find all the answers to my questions! But whats the fun in that? i love to chat! lol.... I have lots of questions!! How would you describe the general personality of a Yorkie?? ( i know personalities vary especially with the way they are raised - i know chihuahuas mostly are timid, yappy and sometimes mean) I have also noticed the coat colors are different, and sometimes the black fades to blue... Is there absolutly no way to tell if a pupper is going to keep their black? What are the major health problems that the breed is prone to? All i seem to read about is Liver shunts...What are some more? What are, if any, are some of the health clearances breeders have or need to have when searching for a good breeder? It is very nice to meet you all! I know i probably asked what alot of new people ask! but i still hope some of you answer =) I did read the sticky post about Colors... but i am still wondering if theres a way to tell! |

Donating YT 500 Club Member | Welcome! Glad to have you here! I always say my Nolee has a human soul! They are great! The puppy will more than likely take after its parents for their coat. Collapsed trachea is common, be careful and use a harness! Hope this helps somewhat!

| AprilLove described it well. Yorkie personalities are awesome! They are nothing like Chihuahua's. They are alert, focused, energetic, strong, affectionate, loyal, and are well known for having the "little man syndrome." They think they are as big as a great dane. Love love love!!!
