| New Member Hi All, (we need an introduction thread) I just joined this site. I came across it looking for info as my little girl is not herself. Doc's running a full blood scan trying to figure out whats up. In the mean time, I posted some pics of Lexie when she is at her best. I look forward to being a part of this community. Larry & Lexie (yes, that is Lexie riding the bike with me) |

| looks like I am maxed out on the pics. Yeah, its strange. She was just fine and then instantly she got really lethargic. If I picked her up and put her back down, she would stay in what ever position she was in when I set her down. A few hours later she was running around and being herself. Then later that night the same thing. We had the vet run tests and we are awaiting the results. But its like she zones out for a while. Gums are pink, she eats and poops just fine. I was thinking a snake bite at first, but doc says she would have deteriorated quickly from that. Then I was thinking Lyme's and we just ran a check for that last week. ( I have her checked any time she is bitten by a tiny tick) We will know more in the next day or two. She's 6 now, but she had a tough start from a pup. She has been hospitalized three times where I had to put her in what I call ICU. Hooked to IV for days. Lucky for me that I have a great hospital. I don't think she would have made it this far if it were not for them. |

| Hope Lexie feels better soon...having a sick furbaby will drain you. She will be in our thoughts and prayers. Her picture of her looking over the railing reminds me of when Shiloh jumped off the porch 15 feet into a bush...looked like a sugarglider...welcome to YT...we are still new here too..have met some really great people here. We own 4 Yorkies and have 5 new puppies ...a Yorkie funfest...take care of Lexie and we will be looking for a update....Pawpaw |

| Hi! There are several members here who ride with their Yorkies. It was Annie B's 2nd most favorite thing to do. The first being to chase bunnies. We ride with all 3 of our kids. Here's a site that sells cute biker dog apparel handsnpaws.com: Biker Dogs And this one has the adorable pink biker coat that I want for Gracie Ruth. Winter Dog Coats, Dog Jackets, Winter Coats for Dogs And, of course, we can't forget the helmut Dog Bike Helmet - 4 sizes in WHITE, BLACK & PINK Sure hope Lexi is feeling better soon.
