YT Graphic Artist Donating Member | OMG! Gellica Put That Down!! Okay, I guess I should have said "Leave It" but that is how it actually came out .... Yesterday, we were outside working in the yard, and I look over and Gellica is rolling around in the grass. DH says "Oh how cute is that?" so she does this for awhile, runs around, and goes back to the same spot and rolls around some more. So, now I'm thinking she's found something dead (and she's doing the "dead thing roll") well, upon further inspection, I see she is rolling around in bird poop! Ugh, so gross, but she was having the time of her life. So, a short time later, I see she has got something, so I say "What's that you have there?" and she tries to "hide" it from Mommy, so of course I go inspecting again, and she is holding a dead baby bird!! So I yell "OMG! Gellica put that down!" -- and she looks at me like "What, this?" -- Come to find out, it was left in my fenced in yard by the neighbors cat. Apparently, he was trying to befriend my Gellica. Um, thanks, but no thanks! You can have this little creature back! Never a dull moment - but at least she didn't do the "kill" herself. I'll be looking out now for that "generous" cat!

| How funny! I bet she had a real nice bath after that... They seem to find the darnedest things to frolic with! |

YT Graphic Artist Donating Member | Oh yes! Straight into the tub after that! They always have the best time with things we think are "gross".
