| Tramatic event today Oh my goodness, I have to share what happened with my sisters yorkie/maltese mix today. My sister called me up not knowing what to do (she lives right down the street from me), she said that Sasha was stuck under the shed and she couldn't get her out. I could hear the poor little booger crying in the background. So, I sent my 17 yr old son down and went there myself to see if we could help. What happened was she had gotten into a ground hog hole under the shed to and she appeared to be stuck, but you couldn't really see where she was. You could hear her jumping and crying and what sounded like her head? hitting the floorboards on the shed. My first thought was that we needed to find a saw to cut up the bottom of the shed to get her out, she had already been under there for almost an hour with my sister trying to figure out how to get to her. I had my sister call the fire department and they said they would send someone over to help. In the mean time I grabbed a dirt shovel and started prying up the floor boards.. somehow Sasha was able to jump out of the hole when I got about half way over with getting it lifted up... omg the poor little thing was such a mess. She seems fine with the exception of a cut on her face that we cleaned up real good and hit with some peroxide. I have never felt so helpless as I did when trying to figure out how to get her out of the predicament.

YT 1000 Club Member | Wow weekends bring on way too much excitement sometimes. Glad all worked out ok. I'm thinking of buying some lattice to put around all the little areas she could get into.
