| Funny things your pup does My little lady has my mom and me all figured out by now, and she knows just how to get what she wants. It all started with house training. On our bridge we have a boot tray with newspaper where she goes to do her business. Well, after shes finished she will come in and go straight to the closet because she knows thats where her treats are (keep in mind now that if you forget to give her a treat she will just sit there and growl until she gets it). Now that she knows she gets treats for doing her business on her paper she has took that knowledge a step farther. She will go out, sit on the paper, get up, go in the house and beg for a treat. She does this once, and she gets one, then she begs five minutes later to go outside again, and come in and expect another treat. We go out, check her paper, only to realize that it has not been used for a few hours. Little missy knows that if she goes outside to use the bathroom, she will get a treat, so now she goes out (whenever she feels like having a treat i guess) and pretends she does something because she knows she will get one. She hates her bathtimes so if we say "Get in the tubby?" she will hide under the stools in out kitchen and stay there until we "find" her. We think that shes thinks we cant see her under there. If shes mad at someone she will go up to them and hit them on the leg with her nose, then if they dont awknowledge(sp) her she will hit them with her paw. If she wants to get up she will stand at anyones feet and growl then when they look at her she will stand up on her hind paws and reach up her front two for you to pick her up. Everyone says shes like a human baby in disguise as a puppy .... What funny things does your little ones do? |

| It is so funny when the black lab-rottweiler mix next door starts barking and Rowdy will CHARGE out the doggie door and run full speed to about 3 feet from the fence, barking all the way. Then he stops abruptly and his rear end almost goes over the top of his head! He just acts like he's running out to tell Oso (lab/rotty) off, but at the last moment, he thinks better of it. He is also so funny when he gets hold of something he thinks he is not supposed to have (and usually he is correct, he is not supposed to have it) and he runs at a dead run to the doggie door and goes outside. We used to run out and chase him around to get it, but we have discovered if we just sit tight, he will come right back in with it in his mouth. He has a jillion toys laying around that he plays with but he NEVER takes them outside, just the things he knows/thinks we will take away from him. |

| Bentleys Quirks Hahaha...Bentley is fed on a schedule since we are still housetraining, but our Schnauzer is free fed....Bentley will run into the kitchen and get a single piece of Wicketts food whenever he wants a snack, he then runs full force into the front room and munches it down. Now mind you that Wickett eats adult food and they are quite big for Bentleys little mouth, its a funny site. He has also started a nightly tradition of running through the house w/ any 1 of his many toys, after several runs he comes into the office and runs around my chair numerous times. I think he made himself dizzy last night. It seems every day we are finding something new as he grows more comfortable in the house... |

| I don't know if this is just plain annoying or funny? When I am on the phone it's like he feels left out. First he comes and jumps up and scratches my leg like hey remember me? Then when that doesn't work he jumps on my lap and hits me with his paw like I am right here Mom. When neither of those work to get the attention he wants he goes over and gets the absolute most annoying squeaky toy he has sits right beside me and bites it like he is killing it. He can make that toy make noises I don't think it was intended on making. When the person on the other end of the phone starts to comment on the noise I know Teddy has once again won and I usually wrap up the call very quickly.
